80 Vietnam’s Women in the First Two Courses of Academy of Women Entrepreneurs
Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., Melissa Bishop, formally launches the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) in Vietnam for the first time ever. The two courses of the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) was launched for the first in Vietnam in a hybrid ceremony in Hanoi on October 21. Fully funded by the US State Department, the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) provides training and access for women on the knowledge, networks, and access they need to start and scale successful businesses. The Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) is a new initiative from the government of the United States to support and empower women entrepreneurs around the world. Through an inclusive learning community, women around the world have opportunities to explore the fundamentals of business, such as preparing business plans and raising capital, with the goal of building a better future for their families and communities.
