On June 20, Vietnamese President To Lam hosted a grand welcome ceremony for Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi, including a 21-gun salute, the highest honor for a visiting head of state. During their talks, President To Lam and President Putin discussed the comprehensive strategic partnership between their nations and outlined future orientations until 2030.
