This year’s edition, titled ‘Land, Rivers, and Mountains Create a Strip – Hope for Victory’ is one of Vietnam’s largest cycling tourneys. The race is set to bring together the country’s strongest teams, including Ho Chi Minh-Vinama, Loc Troi Group, Dong Thap Domesco Pharmaceuticals, Military Zone 7, Hanoi, Kenda Dong Nai, and Binh Minh Binh Duong Plastics. President Ho Chi Minh spent several years in Rio de Janeiro (a city in Brazil) on his journey to find a method to liberate the country.
